Naturally processed with water from Mexico's highest peak, this 99.9% caffeine-free coffee features Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals. Grown at 1,000 meters by smallholder producers in northern Chiapas, the lower altitude yields larger beans with smooth character and minimal acidity. Beans are sourced through San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations.
